Enjoy top-tier filtration without the need for a sump! The AquaReady ConeS HOB Protein Skimmer brings the high-performance ConeS CO-1 skimmer into a convenient hang-on-back design, ideal for tanks up to 175 gallons. Built for efficiency, it includes a unique conical diffuser that stabilizes flow and maximizes waste removal, making it perfect for saltwater aquarists who want the best for their tank.
Enhanced Efficiency with Optimized Air Bubbles
Powered by a custom AquaReady ‘Shark’ pump, the ConeS skimmer utilizes needle-wheel technology to generate ideal bubble sizes that capture proteins, waste, and debris, whisking them into the collection cup. The Italian-made Sicce pump enhances efficiency and reliability for consistent skimming performance.
Built to Last, Designed for Hobbyists
Constructed from high-quality cell-cast acrylic, this skimmer is both durable and reliable. With features like air silencers, rubber feet to reduce noise, and easy maintenance design, the ConeS HOB provides a streamlined skimming experience.
Simple Setup & Maintenance
The collection cup twists off easily for quick cleaning, while a convenient drain fitting allows for skimmate drainage to an external reservoir if desired. Adjusting the water level is simple: just rotate the reaction chamber to fine-tune skimmer performance.
